I've seen a TON of Punk England artwork. and I find it SEXY AS HELL. Seriously. DAMN ENGLAND. 

My own headcannon about it was that he was punk during the 70-90s, then returned back to his gentleman atire.
Aslo, that's his sister, my OC Mary next to him being just as punk.

They're twins.
